Although outside was covered in a white blanket of snow, inside was full of chocolate pasta, paris brest hearts, chocolate heart cakes dipped in chocolate ganache, whipped cream and chocolate cake shooters, cream puffs filled with rich French custard, chocolate raspberry ravioli, to-die-for chocolate truffles....

On the Northeast corner of Lily Manor stood a 200 year old two story chicken coop...neat rustic building, almost falling down. It was used for storage. I always had the hope of restoring it and using it as additional sleeping rooms here at the Manor.
