Venue Rental Rates

Lily Manor is a beautifully restored mansion, circa 1794, in Mifflin, Pennsylvania.

We can accommodate groups for an indoor event up to 120 guests.

Our outside covered patio can seat up to 200 guests and the side courtyard 150 guests. For larger groups, we will make arrangements for additional tenting up to 500 persons on the lawn with the rental of a tent.

2012 Rental Rates:

November thru April:

Saturdays - $3,000 or $2,500 with overnight room rentals. 
Friday or Sunday - $2,500 or $2,000 with overnight room rentals.

May thru October:

Saturdays - $3500 or $3,000 with overnight room rentals.
Friday or Sunday - $3000 or $2,500 with overnight room rentals.

Friday Night Rehearsal Dinner with Wedding Booking $750.00, 3 hours

Weekday meeting rooms, $150 per hour, minimum 3 hours

Weekend Rentals include:

Event space for 6 hours
Ceremony area includes seating
Patio area includes tables and chairs
Weddings include dressing room for bride from 9:00am event morning

Overnight accommodations available at the Manor:

Single bedroom with common bath $125.00 per night (view the 3 rooms available)
Bedroom Suite with private bath $225.00 per night (view the 2 suites available)
Lily's Roost with private bath $150.00 per night
